These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reimastery.co and the REI Mastery coaching program (the "Site" and "Services") operated by Allgeyer Enterprises LLC d/b/a REI Mastery ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

REI Mastery is a paid real estate investing education and coaching program. Access is granted through enrollment and includes training modules, community access, live coaching calls, and the other deliverables described on the Site. Deliverables are subject to change and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at our discretion.
Certain features of the coaching program (such as the private Skool community and live coaching calls) are delivered through third-party platforms. Access to those features is subject to the third-party's terms of service and to continued good standing as a member of the REI Mastery community.
Any joint-venture partnership, deal collaboration, or profit-share arrangement described on the Site or discussed during coaching is not guaranteed and is subject to separate written agreement between you and Allgeyer Enterprises LLC. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, guarantee, or contractual commitment to enter into any JV partnership. All JV arrangements are discretionary and depend on deal quality, fit, and availability.
We may provide free educational content, tools, or resources from time to time. These resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for the paid coaching program.
REI Mastery is an educational and coaching program. Nothing on this Site and nothing delivered as part of the coaching program constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
The training materials, live calls, deal reviews, and written guidance provided through the coaching program reflect the personal experience and opinions of the instructors. Real estate markets, laws, and regulations vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You should not rely solely on information provided through this program when making real estate or business decisions.
Always conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified licensed professionals (real estate attorneys, accountants, licensed real estate agents, financial advisors, and tax professionals) before making any real estate investment, signing any contract, or taking any action based on the coaching content.

Results shown or referenced on the Site (including the claim of 500+ closed deals) reflect the cumulative experience of the instructors and are not typical student results. Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, execution, experience, capital, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Most people who buy real estate investing education programs do not complete any deals.
Real estate investing involves substantial financial, legal, and personal risk. You may lose money, including money invested in deals, money spent on the coaching program, and money spent on marketing, lead generation, or third-party services. You assume full responsibility for any decision you make and any action you take based on the coaching content.
By submitting information through our forms, enrollment process, deal submissions, or community posts (including contact information, property and deal information, and any other content), you grant us a license to use, store, and process this information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on inaccurate information you provide.
The Site and its entire contents (including text, graphics, logos, training materials, coaching content, community content, and software) are owned by Allgeyer Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"REI Mastery," "Earn Your Stripes.," "Freedom by Design," and our logos are trademarks of Allgeyer Enterprises LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Our Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling, Tally for forms, and email service providers). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for these third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allgeyer Enterprises LLC, REI Mastery, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Enrollment in the REI Mastery coaching program is granted upon payment in full or upon the first installment of any approved payment plan. Access to the private community, training modules, and live coaching calls is granted promptly after enrollment. Any promotional bonuses, free leads, CRM setup, or other described deliverables will be provided in accordance with the schedule communicated at enrollment.
All sales of the REI Mastery coaching program are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to complete training, dissatisfaction with results, inability to complete deals, or life circumstances that prevent participation.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that (a) the coaching program provides substantial value immediately upon enrollment through access to proprietary training, community, and live coaching; (b) once access has been granted, that value cannot be returned; and (c) your results depend entirely on your own effort and execution, not on refund availability.
If you enrolled on a payment plan, you remain liable for all remaining installments regardless of whether you continue to use the program. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access and collection of the remaining balance.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You agree that we may pursue collection of the disputed amount, plus any chargeback fees and reasonable costs of collection (including attorney fees).
Any free resources we provide are offered without charge. No refunds are applicable to free resources.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas City, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@reimastery.co. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
If we can't resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allgeyer Enterprises LLC regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
